Walmart freaking sucks! Update....Pissed

Okay so I was going to be getting some 265/75/r16 put on my truck since I need new tires since i'm going out of town today. Well they called me and told me they can't put those on because they will rub which is BS. So now since I have no choice I am stuck getting some 245/75/16 and i'm pissed off now. :cussing: :fu2: :angryfire :ar15: walmart :rockets:

UPDATE:

Okay so I go up to pick up my truck and pay for it. Well they cant find my keys so...at first i'm like okay. 30 minutes pass and still no keys....now i'm seriously pissed. ANother 10 minutes go by and they finally find my keys and offer a free oil change. I take it still not totally pleased with the service.

However so far i'm actually quite happy with the tires. They look good on the truck and so far the ride is MUCH better. So i'm okay with the tires now.

No I dont have time to go anywhere else. I leave to go out of town right after I pick my truck up and I can't trust my current tires to make the trip since there is a good chance i'll be driving in snow.

Not lazy. There was a 3-4 hour wait at both the walmarts here. I couldn't get my truck in untill 2pm because I was at work. These are still the same tires I wanted just in a smaller size.

Actually 265/75/r16 is a 31in tire. On the stock suspension you will rub at 32's which is = to a 285/75/r16 tire . I tried telling them it wouldn't rub, but all I got was a bunch of BS. Oh well i'm actually happy with these for now.

you think buying tires there sucks, you should try to buy some bullets... if i ever pick up ammo at walmart, i have to explain in great detail to the kid working there what i want.

"i need some 2 3/4" 12 gauge shells with #6 shot"

"ummm....... is that for a pistol or what?"

"no"

"what do they look like?"

or the time i tried to pick up some .32 at walmart. that was a lot of fun.

"i need a box of .32 auto"

"there's no such thing"

"there's a box of it right behind you *******"

Walmarts here you have to be certified (have a firearms permit) but thankfully our gun shops around here beats about everyone else prices

They can only put the OEM tire on there. God forbid Wal-Mart get sued.

They will install up to 1 size bigger then factory. My stock tires were 235/75/r16 and now I run 245/75/r16. It's not a big jump, but I can tell a huge difference.

luckily most of the wal-mart employees here are also mustang/cheby owners so they know the hook-ups and how to treat a feller.
