adware

So i got some adware. Adaware wont get rid of it either.

Its gay, like certain words on websites will have a link.
Like if I write mp3 download or whatever it turns into a link.
On the status bar it says "sponsored link"

And i get gay pop ups.

Anyone know what this is? Or a better way to get rid of it.

Checked the program files dir. theres dir named "xerox" and it has a folder named "nwss" or something like that. There are NO FILES in these folders so i tried deleting it, and it wont let me. Says the Dir is being "used".
