Ditto, Alaska is ****ing huge and it'll just be better. No **** heads trying to get in our way, and when they don't have enough people to buy their oil prices will go a-wall.
Imagine though, when they are out of oil... everyone will be buying off of us and we'll be holding the cards.. BUM BUM BUMMMMMMMM

i agree that we could drill in alaska. but i also think we should do what we can to preserve the environment there. becuz certain areas there are simply beautiful, and should be protected
if the negative effects of drilling could be minimized, then yea, i'd support it

The part we are planning to drill is in the Northeast tip of Alaska. It isn't going to hurt anything contrary to what all the nutjobs keep screaming.
Looks like we will get a vote soon and we have the support to get it. Thank god for republican power back in the senate.  | |

i think the "nutjobs" are just worried about a spill or a fire *both possible* that would destroy the wildlife and beauty. i think their concerns are valid, for the most part
