I don't think there are many jobs out there that pay well and you don't have to deal with a whole bunch of bull...at least not for us common people.

Groan.

This is what happened at work today

I went over and got the keys from my manager to open up the gate. Then I went back over to the morning meeting where he was and he took his keys back. 5 minutes later we are time to open, so I told him I needed his keys to unlock the door and let everyone in and he starts giving me attitude that I didn't unlock it then so I could just go over and pull the doors open when it's time. I told him if I did that the customers would then pull on the door and let themselves in. Then he said to me that they don't and wouldn't do that and proceeded telling me off in front of everyone.

Later that day I'm standing by the door like I'm supposed to and he says "WAKE UP Patrick." I swear I wanted to beat his *** in front of everyone.

btw I like your sig quote

every job will have ******** to deal with. i quit my last two jobs because of ******* management, and i'm going to quit my current job later on this week because of our new general manager. she's one of those managers who doesn't work, talks on her phone and smokes cigarettes all day, and then constantly *****es about the quality of our work. i have no respect for management that acts like that.

man, i've got some stories about **** i've put up with... maybe i'll post one later on.

Military doesn't pay enough to risk your life....

Just go down to some of the factories around town, assembly lines and stuff like that are always looking for help. I have a job right now where I sit at a table basically with like 6 other kids and just grind the welds on pieces of metal people bring me. I get paid 15 bucks an hour with a weeks paid vacation, medical, dental, and I'm up for union in a month or so. If I go union I'll be making 18/hour with full bennys and 2 weeks paid vaca time.

I never see my manager besides right when i get there and when I leave. Company buys lunch usually, and I work with cool kids. Best job ever.

I work at a dealership selling parts and deliver them. Get paid 10/hour, 2 weeks paid vac, full benefits, my cell phone paid for, automatic bday off with pay, never deal wit the manager till paycheck day

Same goes in the new car prep area (detailing, same pay and etc)

Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ****er

I guess I could ask X2C Motorsport if they have any jobs I could do, I can sell things really well.. but for car performance parts.. I'd need more experience in. I could help clean up the place or help with the heavy labor till I catch on to a few things

EB Games. My job owns. I work a manager, all we do is stack games in order, make small talk with people, check people out, and make spiff off our GPG sales.

I work at Circuit City as an LPA.

there's an EB in the mall, but I don't wanna deal with more retail boredom.. I know it'd be fun, but I dunno. I've seen too many people enter that place and leave within a 2 month period

Get a job with one of your friends, thats always fun.

If you have a gocart track by you try to get a job there. I used to work at one and me and the dude that maintains the carts rebuilt the engine on one. It really taught me alot about how an engine works. PLus I got paid to take stuff apart, clean/replace it, and put it all back together. We got the staff car to do about 65 on this stretch of downhill rural highway by the place.
