If only...

I had an extra 3k laying around, I would be all over one of these! Id go after the roadrunner befor the charger, cause the roadrunners are awesome, and EVERYONE has a charger. Doesn't mean I wouldn't buy one, but I would take a Roadrunner first. Not like any of you care, but I felt compelled to share.

So much potential from those two!!

My cousin has a road runner, it's running fine and dandy. He's also got a 67 California Special Mustang (I showed pics before), a Toyota SUV (nothing special, I know), and a ferrari. An old model tho :p

Its been my dream for a long time to restore a muscle car. Just never really knew what it was. Now I know. I want to restore a Mopar B/E body, for sure. I also wouldn't mind a stripped down Mopar A/C, like a body, Duster or a Dart, to drop in a big cubed motor and thrash at the track, but thats later, way later, on down the line.

they are nice, I like old cars but it would take alot of work to get one to a level that I would accept it at, and that means alot of money

I don't think there were any super sports in Cali, at least none that werent already restored and going for 30k+, but I will do a search again here in a sec. There were a lot of malibus and regular chevelles tho.

whoa, where do you get that everyone has a charger?!?!?!

hrmm, I rarely see them, but I suppose they are the most popular of the old mopars, personally I'd give anything for a challenger :leghump1: i'm always attracted to the rarest for some reason, I mean when I got into the fox mustang thing I just HAD to have a notchback (coupe) it cost me about 2k more than comparable hatchback.

road runners are the **** but I wasn't aware that they are more rare than a charger though.

Well, I feel that they are more rare than a charger, I don't know if its true, but when I see old mopars, i see more chargers than anything else, magazine wise, but I do agree with the challenger, they are sweet as well, and wouldn't mind owning one of those. I think my roadrunner affection stems from being a huge looney tunes fan. beep beep!!

Nice finds. my boss about 6-8 months ago bought Richard Pettys old nascar roadrunner for like 64K. its pretty damn near mint and with that hes having it restored so its flawless.

Crazy as for the charger/challenger they are def the more popular old mopars cause my boss has 3 of each. (boss has a pretty big car collection over 50 cars including a few nascar cars like Tony Stewarts car that he used in the 01 season) I wish I were rich

BTW Theres a huge old school mopar graveyard in TN. Buddy of mine here went on a trip to TN to find parts for his Scamp and Dart
