its probably required...I know if you call Dell normally after 5ish you get pack-e-stan, and if you ever call Hp for Scanner support you get pack-e-stan, and if you call Msft you get pack-e-stan normally right away, and then they will play the transfer the call to another location for 45mins...

If you ever call dell around 4 in the morning....you get someone in the US. I swear it's a strategy by Dell to make sure you never get someone from your own nation. I know Dell has tele ppl in the US, cuz my aunt is one in Dallas.

I can never understand what the **** half of them are saying....

That or they'll tell me to do something to the computer that is completely unrelated to the problem. It's like when I have to call Dell, my computer is definately ****ed up because if it was something easy I could figure it out myself. And what's worse is that when your computer gets bad enough you have to call them, they don't have a clue on what to do. As I wait on hold, I can already predict I'm wasting my time...

yup, you think people would realize you work with the damn machines 8-14hrs a day and the last thing you want to do is spend 2more hrs fixing what they broke,and then not get any compensation for it!

yea, hey my computer stoped um doing something and i cant send email or um move the mouse right can you come fix it for me for free, i think its something wrong with the main peice, (they point at the monitor, and call it a hard drive)
