The fusion is a new car ford is coming out with in 2006. It is a nothing special family sedan, that for some reason, SVT is toying around with.

Info: http://www.fordvehicles.com/futurevehicles/2006fusion/
the headlights on the fusion look like they came off of a newer prelude

dude honestly why a focus? why not a used honda hatch or something. id rather see someone in a honda than a focus. at least the honda has way more reliability, and when you get bored with getting beat by semis, you can do a little homework, drop in a h22 or the proven time and again b series swap, run a wee bit o' nitrous and run mid to low 13's and possibly 12's with slicks. all you can do for a focus is the APC/AEM intake and some 600$ catback and prolly some crappy chip and itll all add like 10hp and you just dumped a grand into the motor. even though i hate hondas(most of them) i know a civic is much better than a focus, in terms of reliability, potential, and performance.

even the dam sc focus only ran mid 14's at the track. and that thing costs like 25k. coulda got a srt4 and ran mid 12's for that much.

I respect that however I do like foci's and there are turbo kits out for them now. One I ran across a while back cost around 2k without an intercooler and had around 210hp. May not seem like much, but put that in the hatchback focus and its pretty decent power. Plus I can get a much better deal on a ford then I can anything else. I go through one of the dealers that has been at my ford for about 60 years now and he hooks me up good since he's been doing buisness from my grandfather and dad. Plus i'll take a ford over a honda any day. I know they are more reliable and all that, but they are too played out for my taste. If I wanted an import it'd be either an eclipse(95-99) or a nissa 240sx. Anyway it's like i said this wont be my "hotrod" It'll be my a-b but with a little personal taste to it on the exterior. Then maybe down the road i might pickup a cheap fox if i want to do serious engine stuff.

also the svt focus which is the supercharge one only cost 19k new. The one that cost 25k is the saleen focus which just has a n/a motor with 150hp.
