Hitting the track tomorrow

Well I'm hitting the track tomorrow for a little test & tune.

The plan is to do some data logging to see where the stock components are at before the impending upgrade.

data logging? thats a term ive never heard on a mustang site before. please tell me how that works and what youre using to do the logging. my freind wants to get a stang now and has no idea what to do to it(though i do), id like to know how that works.

usually when i hear data logging i think about how most dsmers do it(as ell as me), they get a palm pilot, buy a obd2 port to hotsync cable at pocketlogger.com and the pocketlogger software, and do a 3rd gear pull to check for timing advance, o2 volts, and rpm then if certain rpm are pulling timing, add fuel there, and when the timing is perfect, take away as much fuel as you feel safe doing(small increments at a time), till you start to see the ecu pull timing, then you know you went to far.

I am using the SCT Raptor datalogger.

As of now probably the best & fastest one out there.

Well the weather conditions are looking Real good for today!

Pressure: 30.41 in / 1030 hPa (Rising)

My best so far was last fall in good air 14.8, I ran 14.9's in Alabama last month.

Could today bring a new best?????? I was just going to do some logging, now it's a new ET challenge.
