Although it really pisses me off when actors/actresses spew their political beliefs, Arnold has always maintaned a very conservative line which I agree with. So yes, as long as they agree with me, it's OK..

But this is just ridiculous. He may be elected Governor this year, but faces a General election next year, when the term completes. Why bother. Does anyone actually believe that the state of the state is solely the responsibility of the current sitting gov? I don't, and I dont' think Arnold will do anything to alleviate the financial difficulties Cali is facing. He will simply add to the problem. In fact, anybody other than the current Gov who wins will add to the problem.

Seems like a circus sideshow spectacle. What a waste of time and money.

Actually the current economic condition of the state solely rest on the goveners shoulders. He signed a budget he endorsed that on the day of signing put the state in $ 35,000,000,000 debt. He knew it would and he still did it with the Idea the taxpayers would just go along a pay for it. So yes he has got to go.

It was his brilliant energy plan that screwed cali over. Something about making electrical companies private....

Oh I forgot about that also. Ol Davis is not that smart . To have a 28% approval rating among his own party. That is very very bad. He better get his Resume ready

99Vert...

One name to counter your post... John F. Kennedy.

The stuff that you out of state guys dont see is all of Arnolds comercials and telivision appearances that are in California over the last 6+ years, supportin education, and trying to make a difference. But there is only so much he can do outside of office.

Davis has f*ed up California more than a lot of you realize.
The whole power thing.
The 35 billion that he signed away in less than 10 seconds with a signature.
The Motor Vehicle fees have TRIPPLED from last year (my tags are now close to 600 dollars a year!! )!!!
The sucked all the funding out of the education branches, screwed over our tuition fees (example, Cal State San Burnidino tuition costs are now as much as University of California, Riverside tuitions last year... and UCR has jumped it's tuition as well.)

The list goes on on how much that asshat has effected me

I was saying to myself last year when Arnold was on a TV show talking about this stuff, that if he ever ran, that I would vote for him hands down... and I still will!!

Sexystang,
Yes, Gary Coleman is running... and he still looks the same way he did in the 80's .

Corey,
I do not believe that Arnold is power hungry. His views are that of a father of 4. I beleive that his views are exactaly what I feel should happen to California, to start turning it around.

If he does enough, he will ahve no problems being re-elected if he chose to run then too.

That is an interesting idea.

The general election is in May?

So Arnold, if elected, would serve as a Republican, right?

Then you can expect that he would receive the Republican nomination for Gov for the General Election by default, wouldn't he?

Hmm..
