I think I'm gonna shut down the business

Anyways, I'm pondering the idea of shutting down my website. Sales have been non-exsistant for quite sometime and I just thought I'd let you all know. I'm gonna give it 30 more days and see what happens. Anyways, if you want to buy something at my low prices, this is your last chance to get something from me at my low prices unless things make a turn for the better sometime soon.

I'm sorry to hear that man...

I know it would probably take a while to get a steady cash flow, but I don't have any business experience, and I know you are a busy person. I hope things work out for the best for you.

Damn Rob I am sorry to hear this. I would have bought lots from you when I was modding but about the time you started I was finishing. I have some suggestions for you and will talk to you tonight on AIM if you are available.

i'm sure everyone on this site wants to see you become sucessful but maybe you should at least wait until the end of summer to make the decision.. i know for me personally its tough for the simple fact that im in school with close to 0 dollars the entire time and there is no possible way for me to buy anything including food until i get to my summer job.

Dude, timing was bad. I updated my suspension just before you announced the site, though I do want a Steeda rear panhard bar. Being Mr. Cheap I went with a takeoff exhaust. I hope to install that someday soon, but first I need to finish my bathroom remodel.

I ran a business back when I was younger..it was an online retail store just like yours.

I only ran it for a year before I gave it up. was only 15/16 and couldn't drive so I had to depend on my parents on shipping out products and other stuff.

You really need to find something that is selling well and supply it with competitive prices. If you're in a slow market and have only average pricing you won't last too long.

Not trying to shoot you down but just stating the reality of running a business. The car market is fast but there are also a LOT of shops out there to spread all the business over. The best way to do a business liek that would be to start a physical car shop that also sold products to its customers. People with dyno's get a lot of traffic and you can push a lot of products through that.

anyways, good luck and hope it works out and you don't loose too much money!

bummer dude.

The e-bay thing sounds like a good idea, though. It could be a good jumpstart for you.

I really hope you decide not to end the business as I planned on purchasing off you in the furutre. Seemed nice to be on the same forum as the guy your buying from. Makes you feel a bit better about buying online.
