Quitting smoking is the hardest thing in the world to do. Those things are more addicting than HEROIN!! Least I bet. I wouldn't know. I've quit maybe 4 or 5 times now and I still smoke....

I've quit a few times already, but I wasn't a real smoker then, it was easy to quit if the most you have is 1 or 2 a day and that isn't even so often.

however this go around I smoke probably around 6 per day I was smoking around 8 per day, sometimes even 10, thats a half pack per day.. its been way over a year now I think

Just decide not to smoke any more. Then don't. I was pack a day (of Newports) from 15-20. Quit cold turkey. It wasn't much fun, but it was, by far, the best decision I've ever made.

I dunno, I never got cravings at all. Maybe it's just me. I think quitting in your head before you actually do anything helps.

True, but it always works out better in the long run if both smoke. No complaining about tasting cigarettes.

I'm smoking 3/4 to a full pack a day of menthols, but only because of my job. I worked at a gas station where it was boring, so out of boredom I would smoke. When I started there I smoked maybe 5 or 6 a day. Now I smoke like 12-20 a day. :/

actually I agree, most of them like the convienence of knowing they aren't going to be pressured not to smoke, yet they still seem more attracted to non-smokers anyways. I think its one of those women things, you know like when you don't know what it is that you really want, or you really want the opposite of what you think you want.

BTW, still smoke free... being my second day I think today will be one of the hardest.
