pushups, chip ups, leg lifts, crunches, squats, tricept pushups, and a few martial arts based workouts i know work well, are free, and use no weights

Heh, I only go to the gym because the govt tells me to. Wasn't for that, I'd be that fat fvck in the electric wheelchair at wal-mart.

I started liking football less and less the bigger I got. Became easy... and then boring, and then not fun. I loved discus and baseball though. And I played a year of college baseball. I probably should've stuck to discus.... I think I was much better at it.

A lot of the time it's not exactly when you die, but what condition you're in when it happens (or gets close to happening)

????? Why is that. Paul Newman is over 70 and still races cars, John Glenn was over 70 when he went back into space, Chuck Yeager still fly jets in his 70's. Dude you young guys need to getb out of the thinking of age is a restriction. Certainly age has some limitations but remember you only at 70 if you give up and succumb to pepples stereotypes of how you should act at 70. Keep your mind sharp and live life to the fullest. Enjoy lifes vices in moderation and your body will be there for you when you get to 70.

Yeh, I didn't have much of a choice on my weight...I was in a bed for a few months, that tends to make you lose weight, and all muscle mass, hence the low number, then I started working out again...and eating, and I'm back up to a comfortable weight.

?? That sounds like a good weight to me. I hate the starving waif look myself.

Now there was a time when my wife was pregnant with our second child that she got close to me in weight. Of course I weighed less then too. I was about 195, she was about 180.

She lost weight and I found it, lol.

Not to brag, but I forgot to mention the fact that even though I eat whatever I please and drink tons of beer, I still maintain less than 9% body fat at the weight I mentioned before, freaky sh--, huh?

Yup, I 'm of normal weight for my height and age. I need to tone up though...don't have time to work out between working and nursing school.
