my neighbor bought one for his daughter... she's 17. She said she doesn't like it, and is selling it. She had it painted black... she's selling it for a Celica I think.... please, don't tell me how much this hurts... I'm aware. Her dad owns a trucking company... and is RICH. When she said she was selling it.. for a Celica, I think I crapped myself. After I woke up from the mild coma I was thrust into by this statement... I realized she was serious. I asked her if I could say good bye to her car, even though I've never touched it, or seen it up close. She said the kids at school threw rocks at it and stuff... I said "sue them"... they pay for paint chips on a car like that once, and they won't do it again. Make them pay for a new spoiler... ordered from Ford... at the DEALERSHIP... they will NEVER do it again.. dealership prices will kill you

If someone threw rocks at my car that i have now i would seriously hurt them, but if someone threw rocks at my cobra r well lets just say every rock that hit that car would get thrown back at their fore heads while they were tied to a tree and then i would rub salt in all the wounds i made with them and mix that with a little alchohol. That would teach them. lol sorry but i get really POed about ppl messing with other ppls cars only thing that ticks me off worse than that is when i see ppl abusing animals and all that really hits a nerve. Oh yeah then they could buy the ford parts for me and replace them.

awesome, the closest thing i have seen to a cobra r is a red gt down the road from where i work. he's got the hood, spoiler, and front bumper. he still has the stock-looking gt exhaust out the back, but its not stock, that ***** howls going down the road. and he also has the gt emblems still on the car.

I have driven a 2000 Cobra R. It was sweet with only a few ponies less than a 03-04 Cobra it is a handling machine. The 5.4 roars into action at the blip of the throttle. I would probasbly stick a CD receiver in it though.
