Everyone needs to read this

First off, all of this fighting like school girls over the internet has got to stop in the public forums. All it does is make this forum look bad to newcomers. If you must talk poorly about another member and I highly discourage that, do it here in the underground section.

You all know, I am mainly referring to Ryan & Rob and I want to let ya'll both know that what you are arguing about is ignorant in every sense. Nobody gives a **** what you do to your car or why you do it. It's your car and you don't have to answer to anyone. And when someone asks for your opinion on something automotive related, it is just that...an opinion. Both of you need to know when it comes to cars, there is no right or wrong way to do something. If you ask ten people how to do something, you'll get ten different answers and they're all correct just different ways to do it.

As far as either one of you being more experienced than the other, ya'll are both beginners in the automotive world and no one knows everything. The sooner you learn that, the better it will be for you.

Starting right now, going off topic in a tech thread to personally attack another member or their opinion will not be tolerated and this goes this goes for everyone including staff & admins. We will be issuing points against that member's account which can lead to suspensions and permanent bands from this site. At the end of the day, this is a website for like-minded people, to have fun in all things automotive. And it doesn't help anyone to fight over such foolish crap.

Louis

I know...just gotta **** talk, I figured everyone else is taking part in it.

On a serious note, we don't have quite enough **** talking going on here. Let's just keep it in underground.

I was joking with above post BTW....

Re: Everyone needs to read this

I know you where But I wanted your real thoughts on this.

everyone talks **** on the internet cause it's easy when your not face to face with the person. and you never gonna totally stop it.

but that's what the underground is for. it can't be done in the tech threads if this website wants to grow with good members.

The last thing I want is a forum full of Jarrods.

The biggest thing is to not crap up someones thread that is actually looking for information with bull**** bickering. If people want to talk about how big their internet penis is compared to another, that's what this forum is for.

Well..it's one thing to do it in offtopic/underground. If we want this site to actually be a resource we do have to keep it out of tech threads. If you have a differing opinion of someone else or disagree either make a useful post in the thread explaining your opinion or just stay out.

I will apologize for fudging up that thread. I made a comment that wasn't needed. I don't know why I even read the thread as I never go into tech areas. Oh well. I still have the biggest e-penis

That's the great thing about my opinion: no one has to ask for it. They get it whether they like it or not.

Re: Everyone needs to read this

Actually, pretty much every forum worth reading has pretty basic rules against flaming and ****ting up threads. If you just let everyone go wild, especially in the legitimate forums, people really will go somewhere else. Which is kind of not what you should want as a community member.

I don't know what you are talking about. It always has been. I have the biggest one, which has been proven over and over, so I don't tend to get into it too much any more

i guess i've only noticed a little. I've been busy with school and have only gotten to skim a couple topics here and there (700+ unread posts last time i logged in...) and yes, i've heard a lot of your huge e-penis... maybe with every single member that joins you should state: "I have the hugest e-penis on the site, don't try to compete, you'll only loose, have a good day" or something to that effect
