A tough little decision, some help??

Where should the amp go?? its a real tough choice opinions would help, Thanks. Which looks better?

A lot of people mount them on the back of the back seats, where you can fold them down and have the amp there. Other than that... :dunno:

i got mine mounted on the back of the box. when you fold the seats down, the amp is right there.
