1800 sq ft, 1.8 acres

Listing says 3bdrm, but it's actually 4bdrm

This is the road it is on

The house sits just about in the middle of the property.. Here's the 'back 40'

I wonder why I can't sleep

My wife will have none of that

The land is for the kids to play on, for plants to grow in, NOT for JEEPS to roll on

Long story short - I can't remember if I posted it here or not..

They ignored my ASKING PRICE offer.

4 days later they called back.....

"umm... you still interested in the place?".......

So, I guess this is what it feels like to spend a quarter of a million dollars, eh?

A quarter of a million for 1.8 acres?

Ow.

I can get 4-500 acres for that money out here. Plenty of room for kids, plants, jeeps and one helluva shop.

Damn I have a friend who wanted to know it I was interested in some property where he lived at $1,100 an acre. Even though it is not in the city it is not the boonies either.
