Having surgery Friday!!

Hey guys I am going to have a tumor removed from my hand Friday. Just letting you guys know why I will be absent for a couple of days while I take good LEGAL drugs the doc will give me for pain. I will be back to my regular self minus one tumor by Monday I hope. Luckily it is not my right hand girl Rose Palm. But my left hand girl Ineda Hand will need some time to recuperate!!!!

Well it is called a large cell tumor at this time it is probably benign. This is the third time I have had one removed. I had the first two in the same spot and were scared they would have to remove my left pointing finger but they were successful the second time. It has popped up again but on a different spot. They grow fast from the size of a pen head to a marble in about 6 months. It has been a little discomforting but that will all be gone friday. I got some heavy stuff last time

It is something I have not really been wanting to think about actually. But that is why I am saying it now. The last year and a half have been very trying on many levels.

But to all my friends here at ME. Thanks for the concern and well wishes. I will be fine. You are all a great bunch of guys and gals !!!:thumbs2: :thumbs2:

Wow, to have the same thing three times is a little concerning. Do the doctors know why they keep popping up? Hopefully everything should be fine and hope you have a speedy recovery as well

Re: Having surgery Friday!!

OT, but your "Mr. Happy" comment reminded me of the trip I just got back from.

I dunno about yall who live up north, but we couldn't find a Dr. Pepper until we got to Bowling Green, KY from Ohio. We asked every place we stopped at. Nope. One place said they had "Mr. Happy" and it was the same, but I said, "Who the hell wants to drink something called Mr. Happy? I'll have a water."

Re: Having surgery Friday!!

Yeah, Dr. Pepper is not very common in resturaunts in the north, which is going to suck for me. But I will make it. Never heard of Mr. Happy tho
