The art of plated desserts

Just thought I'd show you guys what I am up to with my culinary classes.

This is an Orange zest, cinnamon, and vanilla bean Panna Cotta. With a blueberry reduction sauce, creme anglaise (english cream), chopped strawberries, and a Tuile cookie on top.

No telling what places charge for that...and I have a half gallon of ice cream in the fridge that was cheaper and lasts longer lol. Just messing with ya man, I have a few friends in culinary school, I love eating their homework....

That looks and sounds delicious, gourmet deserts might be expensive but they sure are good.

Wonder if UAB would get mad if I snuck a camera into the morgue and took pics of my work? :dunno:
