Re: check this out :-(

Can you afford to rent something, like a spot at an RV/boat storage yard? I once rented a 10x20 storage room and put my 38 Plymouth in it, for two years at $100/mo I ended up paying more for storage than I bought it for, well I had a lot of other junk in there too.

Re: check this out :-(

100$ a month is COMPLETELY out of the question at this point in time. if i store it, i need free storage.

Re: check this out :-(

Well, $100/mo was for a storage ROOM. I suggest an RV/boat lot (outside storage) as it's cheaper. Not free though, sorry.

Damn, if I wasn't at college I'd come get it for sure. Bring it to the frame shop, buy my aero front clip back from my friend, and be in business. Sorry you have to sell her

That car was sexy before, it's even sexy after you crashed it. But think of it this way. If you sell it maybe someone can bring it back to it's former position of Great Sexiness.

Honestly, how much are you looking to get for it in order to sell it? The $750 offer you mentioned is a bit of a slap in the face, I agree. You can PM me your thoughts if you don't want the price in the open at all.

Re: check this out :-(

actually, they make the GT bumper cover for it now. just started making it a few months ago. reman's on 50resto, go check it out. pretty cheap too.

well, i got offered 900 cash for it. but then i got offered 750 for it from a good buddy of mine in San Antonio who said he is going to fix it up to exactly how i had it and not mod it. he said he will give me the option to buy it back a few years down the road, hes going to use it for a gas saver for now (since hes got his other mustang that runs like low 11's or high 10's or something, this will save mucho gas). so im thinkin im going to sell it to him for 750. i talked to him too, and he said if it turns out to be an easy fix, he'll throw me the 900 instead.
