Prototype Moonvehicle for sale

NASA's first moon vehicle prototype has come up for sale. Check it out.

Notice the roof mounted gas cap to aid with low gravity issues. lol

wow. i for one hate the moon vehicle, but i give him credit for doing all that body work and making it come out that clean. especially the intake cover. the rear brake ducts are kinda sweet also.

Re: Prototype Moonvehicle for sale

A couple things, he says it's Manual.. but clearly it's an Auto.

Considering it isn't pep-boys riced out I'll give some credit that in some degree of creativity it is better than others.

But if I were stupid rich I'd go to the guy's house, buy it from him and have a tank run it over as I was giving him the money and leave the wreckage there.

itd be much better if the tank actually shot it, then ran over its cremated remains.

Re: Prototype Moonvehicle for sale

I think if he spent some money on the interior and engine bay, he would have a sweet show car. Could market it as a Need 4 Speed Underground car or Midnight Challenge (or whatever that game was)

The guy who did the body kit has amazing skills. That had to take HOURS of fabrication to do all the curves out of metal. To be able to bend, stretch, shrink, crimp, etc all that metal to get it to flow perfectly. wow.

Wow...someone can do body work. No fiberglass...that's actually really nice if you look at it from that standpoint.

Re: Prototype Moonvehicle for sale

looks like a micro machine.........someone please explain why anyone would want to relocate the fuel door and have a gas line running through the middle of the car? if he gets wrecked and the line snaps off he's in trouble.

no no, run over it, then shoot it. that way u dont have like parts go everywhere that fly off un-scathed. then you can run over the remains in one neat pile.
