Computer Problems Round 2

Okay, so last evening (around 6) I switched the memories and the computer ran flawlessly.. no errors.. I played alittle bit of Rome Total War, listened to some music, downloaded some stuff, watched the game away from the computer, came back and played some World of Warcraft for 2 hours. Everything ran fine.. no problems whatsoever. So I get tired and go to bed.. 8 hours later I wake up for class. Go to my computer, move the mouse a bit... the black screen of hibernation mode or whatever doesnt go off. I go and check the back of it and its plugged in.. so i replug it in thinking it will do something magical and it doesnt. I notice that the laser isnt even on. So I hold in the power button and restart it... it doesnt even load. The monitor stays black and is getting no response. The mouse and keyboard don't have any power and the CDROMS arent getting any power either. SO I'm starting to think it IS the motherboard after all? Maybe it just died on me? I don't want to say its the PSU because the computer SOUNDS like its starting up.. heatsink works, fans work, lights work.. but it doesnt even boot... any answers? I got spanish homework to do online so I gotta get this thing fixed asap lol.

Hey now, my dell has held up very well for what I've put this thing through. Right now it's going through an overheating phase, not real fun. Just need to reformat...again...
