Help me figure a price on this

Ok, this car is listed for sale on SVTP. Here is the description:

Quote:
99 Mustang Roller. Has minor frt damages as seen in picture. Car has no motor, tranny, radiator or condenser.
It does have a complete interior.
This is a bill of sale car
What would y'all consider a reasonable price for this roller? It would be a great foundation for my planned V6 build up...for cheap too hopfully.

And, what exactly does a "bill of sale car" mean

And they would go once I got the car because I can't stand those rims...haven't liked them since they first appeared.

Re: Help me figure a price on this

The guy just replied...he is asking $2600 for the car as it sits right now. Seems like a little more than I want to pay for it...but I am going to see if I can Jew him down some.

So, anyone have any ideas on a decent offer I should make?

My thoughts exactly, specially since it is in des moines, IA...might be hard to just drive it back like it is because you do have to go up some hills between here and there, so shipping would need to be added on top of that.

Re: Help me figure a price on this

can find complete 6ers for like 8k now so 2600 is definitely too much

Re: Help me figure a price on this

yeah, the car is definitely not worth that much. its missing some major, and expensive parts. hell, you could buy a used 99 v6 mustang for probably around 6 or 7 grand.

id say somewhere in the range of 1500-2000 is more reasonable...

Re: Help me figure a price on this

if it's $2600, it better be shipped.

I would do $2000 as a reasonable offer

If you don't want those rims...send them my way lol. I wouldn't mind some different rims right now. And yeh...no more than 2k how it sits right there.
