Your opinion on somethin
This guy at work is talking to me about this Pre-paid legal service.. he gave me a DVD with more information on it.
A good example of this is: What if your dry cleaners ruin your favorite shirt, and they claim it was dropped off that way. Who has the power? They have an attorney, and you don't, so they have the power. But who's going to hire an attorney for a few hundred dollars, for a 200 dollar repair, for a 40 dollar shirt? You just won't do it, and they know it.
A better example is what if it was a $300 leather jacket and they ruin it?
They'll even phone people and write letters in your behalf if they see it fit.
basically, it makes legal services affordable to middle class america.
No, I'm not trying to pressure anybody about it, I'm just stating "This is it, what do you think about it?"
I personally think it sounds like a miss or hit thing..
