Fords 3.5l V6 250hp/240trq

You've all probably seen this by now but thought i would post it anyways. Ford is finally getting into the game and using efficient technology to make more power out of a smaller engine. it's ready to become a hybrid or be turbocharged according to article.

http://www.blueovalnews.com/2005/pro...ew35.09nov.htm

imagine a hybrid turbocharged mustang. if you have imagination it's not hard to.

bout time. fords always been lacking in the v6 department, at least that will bring them around the same range as other v6's currently in the market(such as nissans and gm's)

Should have some good potential there.

probably because a bunch of dumb mororns would have criticized it for being a smaller displacement weenie engine in the new body style and it would have had a hard time selling. when are people going to learn a bigger engine doesn't always mean more power?

Re: Fords 3.5l V6 250hp/240trq

umm thats called "coil on plug". instead of a ignition coil pack, a single coil sits on top of each spark plug. more efficient and better spark.
