VENDOR'S, Please read. And anyone else that can help

Ok, driving home last night my gas pedal decides to up and fall off. Quite the feeling really to go from having a pedal to just pushing on the metal rod. Anyhow, I need to get a replacement. Do any of y'all carry the complete pedal and not just the covers?

If anyone else has input on where to find them, that would be great as well. I don't want to leave my car at the dealership for 5 days just to get a gas pedal fixed.

For those interested, this is for a 03 cobra.

The bullit pedal kit is the entire gas pedal. Mine is held on with a zip tie at the moment...seems to work pretty well.

I had something similar happen to me. Except my throttle cable broke. So I had the pedal, but it just stayed on the floor. At least you could drive your car

i haven't had the gas pedal on my car in over a year. works fine.

In the Summit holiday catalog (page276) they sell pedals just by themselves. The gas pedal looks like a square of aluminum with a bunch of holes in it. goes for $18.88. I would scan in the pic for you but it's in the middle of the binding. Try them online.

you say that as if I am one of those gear head types that gets parts catalogs in the mail....

*secretly opens to page 276*

Yeah, that is what I am after. I will give the vendors some time to chime in in hopes of supporting them. I don't want to buy all 4 tho, so unless they have individuals I guess summit will get my dough.

And, I thought of the bolt and washers, but the holes that the bolt would go through are what broke. They snapped off to the point they couldn't hold a bolt anymore. I guess this is life trying to tell me I have a lead foot. Maybe I shouldn't have left that 150' patch when I left the cruise last night. Oh well, my bad.

well im guessing in 03 they came stock with those, maybe it was just the next year but i think they did in 03. so it would be a waste to buy all 4. well good luck man, and now you have a story. just tell it like Ron White.

The cobras came with all the pedals looking like that. I would buy the whole set, but then the other 3 pedals would just be sitting in a box somewhere...and be me spending $32 more than I need to.
