might be stop motion though. At first I thought no because the tower light in the bg on the left stays steady, but there's a star in the sky on the right that moves erratically. I dunno. :dunno:

I thought the same thing, but I think it's legit.. but considering it's on a huge house, I think maybe there were people in the house doing it on time, probably had the song blasting in the house.

Or.. I dunno. I was also looking at that light that kept flickering, but I think it's a tower with a light blinking on it for planes. That looked legit.

The city has already shut him down. They said if it was a distraction for drivers they would restrict the display. Well there was a wrech and now he was ordered to shut it down
