Re: anyone ever tried no2?????

I dunno i'm always cautious of pills.
You know what i would do is go to a local healthfood store and ask them about it. We have a couple around here and they are really knowledgeable on what works and what is bull****.

I'm sure all the ingredients that are listed in those caplets can be bought seperately where they'll be even more potent and not watered down.

Re: anyone ever tried no2?????

i bought some stuff called muscle milk at first, but that **** was nasty so i returned it and got this, she said its the most popular selling one and everyone that comes in loves it, but i guess i'll have to call gnc tomorrow and see. i posted it on another forum and one guy said that it can/has ****ed a buncha people up b/c all it is, is creatine, yet the supplement facts dont say anything about it containing creatine.

Re: anyone ever tried no2?????

that would make for a good lawsuit since it's the law to have all the ingredients listed, isn't it?
I wouldn't trust GNC's word since they're the ones selling it. they'll tell you whatever to make you buy it and feel confident about it.

try and find a real herbal health store if you have one in the area. one that smells funny and has weird plant roots and crap for sale.
you can get seaweed, magnesium, and calcium by itself.
