cd player pod

Can you site a cd player at like a 45 degree angle maybe a little less and it play right or is it better to just leave it flat and reach for it?

Re: cd player pod

i think you didnt receive a lot of answers because the question is hard to understand. its kinda vague. can you elaborate?

i havent used cd players in a long time, but i would imagine it depends on the cd player.

Re: cd player pod

Well its for my truck which has an old cassete player which is shaped like an aftermarket stereo but the opening is different if you go in about 2 inches on each side there is metal there which would have to be cut and it might not be deep enough. I wanted to put it on the floorboard and have it slanted up so i could reach the buttons better (i know get one with a remote but it would fall underneath the seat or break or get lost) so i was gonna make a pod at an angle i figure it would play becuase a discman (portable cd player) will play upside down. But in the long run could it mess up the cd player i'm not worried about the discs they are cheap. Its definatly not a big deal i was just wondering.
