Re: Carson Palmer

I was first place in my Fantasy league. My quarterback Carson went down & I was like nooooooooo!? I lost $4400 & only got $2200 for second. But the main thing is I knew the bengals were done even if they beat pittsburg. Just sux how a great quarterback went down. Every1 was cheering next to me b/c they knew I wasnt gonna get first.

Re: Carson Palmer

that was horrible . im a huge bengals fan and we finally go to the playoffs for the first time in 15 years... and what happens? our star quarterback gets hurt on the second snap. oh well... at least he is supposed to be back by training camp and he can still receive his $100 million+ contract

Re: Carson Palmer

The game was over once god boy ****na came in. I love how they kept saying "****na's stock just keeps going up and up..." and then ****na started playing like ****na always does...

Hopefully his stock went high enough for someone to lure him away from cincinatti so they can get a real back up that can be even a little reliable. Hell, they should have put in their 3rd stringer...they probably would have been better off. At least he might have been able to throw the deep ball and not make the receiver have to stop and come back 10 yards to break up the interception.

The bengals had a chance to do some serious damage...until Carson went down. When they played indy earlier in the season, they gave them all they could want. They picked apart the indy defense...of which indy did the same to them. I think they had a shot as long as carson and the offense could keep scoring to make up for the lack of defense. With ****na in there...they have no chance of scoring as the KC game clearly proved...3+ quarters and he couldn't even gain a single point.

People are talking how the steelers have proven they are still the team to beat...well...this game proved nothing. Anyone can beat cincy with ****na at the helm. Hell, I think a pee wee flag football team could beat cincy with ****na in there. He is too busy being all cry baby emotional and praying to concentrate on the game.

And they need to fire white boy safety too...he can't run or cover for ****.

Offseason...defense and backup QB need to be the priority.

Re: Carson Palmer

i agree with you that kitna isnt the ideal backup to have playing in the playoffs... but i really think he has helped palmer become a better quarterback. kitna is a very smart veteran quarterback, but granted he doesnt have that great of skills. the bengals were fortunate to have him help out palmer on the sidelines. and i dont really understand how praying is going to ruin his concentrating on the game or why you would have to bring his faith into the whole thing about him not being that great, but i guess thats just my opinion.

Because all he talks about is God this and that when off the field...and says he has to thank God for his play...well...God must hate him because he sucks. Now that I think about it, it must have been God that caused that fumble when there was no defender within 20 yards of him....afterall, they say He has a great sense of humor and works in mysterious ways.

He may have helped Carson a lot...but where did he help him? From the sidelines. The best place for ****na is on the sideline. Once he steps inside the white lines...whether winning or losing, you know the game is over.

Now, Carson has 2 goals as reported on Bengals.com....1.) To get better and make opening day...and 2.) To get ****na re-signed. Well, if he knew what was best for the team, he would work on talking ****na into moving out of cincy. There are a lot of better veteran QB's out there that could teach Carson a lot more than ****na can. Hell, get the kid down on the corner...anybody but ****na.

I don't think there is a single bengal's fan that expected to win once jon-boy came in. Even after the ok start in the first half...everyone knew the real ****na would show up eventually. Staying in cincy is not a good idea. He is definitely high on the public enemy list there...granted Kimo is #1 on that list right now...which I don't think is completely right because I don't think he meant to take out Carson...even though there are a ton of conspiracy theories floating around.
