Was I seeing things?

I was driving through town, waiting to make a left hand turn at a light.
Coming through the intersection was a 4 door ricer. On the passenger front side, attached to the fender well, looked like a curb feeler. Accept it was pointing in and hitting the hubcap. It reminded me of when I was a kid and we used to attach baseball cards with close pins to hit the wheel spokes as we peddled the bike. He got through the intersection before I could get pics

Was I seein things, or is this the latest craze?

Re: Was I seeing things?

maybe he hit the curb real hard and bent the feeler in. hahaha.
I haven't seen those feeler things in a long time and when I do, they're usually on some big luxury car from the late 70's.

Did the car have some expensive looking rims?
