Opinions on this mig welder

Has anyone used or heard of this Clarke brand? They're around my price range but I don't know what their quality is like.
I just need something that can tackle a few odd jobs here and there but be able to weld 16 gauge mild steel and 304 SS.

The cheapest Hobart I've found is the 180 that goes for $600+. I'm looking for something for a hobbyist but can handle a short amount of heavy duty welding.

all opinions welcomed.
thanks.
