navigation system

i have a GPS tracker now, it says street names and stuff, its in black &white w/a backlight. its like $250. but i want one thats got a color screen, but most importantly TELLS You how to get places. you type in the address and it says "take right here" etc. im only looking to spend $500-700. anyone got any ideas?

u need alot more than 700 he said retaile price he can get for like $850 and thats him not making any profit...your best bet is ebay he said...cuz for a pioneer navigation system lets say, u have to buy 2 separate things a screen tv and the nav system which cost lotsa money

yea im looking for like a garmin. saw them for 900 at bestbuy, so im sure i can get them cheaper. just looking for a good brand/model

mapquest.com, and a good ol' paper map in the glove compartment do it for me..
