to go all out or to not

I won't do anything until my engine's been built up and the blower's been properly tuned and making good power, but I'm not sure what I want to do.

1) Keep the interior stock as it is now so that we can sell the kits and show pictures of my car on a website. People could then look at it and say, "gee, that looks like my car, it looks just like a normal car with a normal inside and a normal body on the outside, I want to buy the kit."

or

2) Rip everything out, and see how light I can get her, and not put a roll cage in until I am forced to due to ET's (which I may/may not ever get there anyways). It'll already be technically a track-only car due to the off road x pipe and cat back piping, so I can't say "street legal" in Texas. Plus, the engine will not have the stock pistons, conn. rods, cam, etc. etc. and that will stick out like a sore thumb on the site as well.

Shoot, I don't know. I think if we can get the power as high as we hope and she can really #### and get, I may just turn her into a no-nonsense car. Besides, I could sell the interior anyways for some extra money. I don't really like my interior that much anymore. It's medium parchment, cloth seats.

She weighs ~3150lbs w/o driver right now. I'm thinking without replacing expensive parts (k member, coil overs) right now, I can get her to 3100 + 50lbs for blower, etc. = 3150lbs.

i say leave it as stock for now. get it tuned sell some kits, use that money for the new K-member, rear seat delete, weight reduction stage 2 stuff, etc.

then go balls to the wall. but keep the interior stock and i think youd be able to sell more kits as it would look more of a bolt-on look

roll cages help with body/chassis flex also, they aren't JUST for protection.

well, I am all for no chassis flex, I have been researching how to beef up my chassis as much as possible b/c my 500+ hp 427 is gonna rip my car apart off the line.

You don't need a cage.

11.9's demand a cage here in cali.Your not going to be close to 11.9's.

Unless you run #20+

Which isnt going to happen.

Remember that the fast's v6 on the track is turbo charged. Not talking about a mustang either.
