Re: Law enforcement gone wild:

What 14 year old has not viewed porn of some sort or shared porn with their friends But to charge him with a felony is insane. That felony charge if it sticks may very well screw up his life

it's incredibly over the top, even if the kid is a trouble maker. Unless, of course, by trouble maker you mean wild, drug-dealing, murdering rapist.

Re: Law enforcement gone wild:

Hmm...funny you should mention law enforcement gone wild

Quote:
STUART, Fla. -- A Martin County deputy who was fired after using his squad car camera to tape women now wants his job back.

The sheriff's office fired deputy Jack Munsey in January after an investigation found that Munsey broke the rules by using the camera for unofficial purposes, spending on-duty time on off-duty activities and for improper conduct.

An investigation revealed that Munsey used his dashboard-mounted video camera to zoom in on and record bikini-clad girls, including one showering at a public beach.

Munsey is expected to go before a sheriff's review board this week and argue that he did not exploit anyone in making the tapes and made them in public places. The board has no authority to reinstate Munsey but the hearing is a chance for the former deputy to present his side of events.

The cameras are supposed to be used for documenting drunks trying to walk a straight line
It has been decided that there is cause for dismissal after 4 minutes of diliberation...and he has been fired. lol
