Any aquarists out there?

My ballon belly yellow molly already gave birth twice. I might be facing an overcrowded tank, good thing they're still small and aparently aren't posing a problem. I think I have at least 15 fry but I can't tell for sure cuz they keep hiding behind the plants. The black molly won't stop mating with the yellow molly so I had to separate her in a breeder net. That's gonna have to do until I'm able to get another tank so I can separate the males from the females. Don't want any more fry. although it is amazing watching them being born. Oh yeah by the way mollys are live breeders they don't lay eggs.
anyways here's some pix.

the black molly:

here's the whole tank. That's the breeder net to the top left. that's gonna be the yellow molly's home for a while.:

Nice we used to keep a 55 gallon aquarium with a salt water environment. I miss it.

Re: Any aquarists out there?

I wish I had bought something other than a Betta for my first fish, lol. Makes getting a nice aquarium up difficult, lol.

I do have a larger aquarium now, I'm thinking about putting my betta back in his vase and putting that inside the larger aquarium so they can't get at each other. I just don't know what else I want for freshwater.

Re: Any aquarists out there?

I could see a bunch of underground people getting together in the underground and betting on a fish fight that would be so leet, a little bowl in the middle and everyone cheering the champ on.

Re: Any aquarists out there?

they would have to filter the blood out of the water else it would just be everyone yelling at a bowl of red stuff.

Re: Any aquarists out there?

No, it's boring. All they do is try to ram each other. They swim around and wait for the other fish to be sideways, then try to ram it. A little bowl would actually make the fight even longer cuz they wouldn't be able to hit as hard. It's like a mini pirate battle, but with submarines that have fins and mouths.

There is no blood. It took like half an hour for my friend's fish to kill each other, he got tired of watching and left.
