Should I buy it?

Look at this beast... I offered the guy 250 for it. Itd be great, I wouldnt put miles on my car, Id get good milage since this things a 4 banger, and Id be able to move in the winter months. This looks like a sweet deal for a DD lol. Working A/C, 4x4, fresh tune up... seems good to me. Yeah it looks like ****, but thats what my other car would be for haha.

Re: Should I buy it?

Solid Front Axle? or Independant Front Suspension?

Isuzu is a body-on-frame, which is good.

They generally have a pretty good rep in the off-road community. The 4-banger is pretty solid, as long as the head gasket is good.

I don't know about $250 though..

Re: Should I buy it?

lol jesus, you guys and like off road trucks.

My parents both owned Rodeos, my dad still owns one. He took it "off road" a few times when we went fishing, but nothing hardcore, hell not even softcore. My mom's rodeo was a grocery getter.

You know how many people off-road their trucks here in Southern California?

The **** never hits dirt, I've only seen a Hummer towing a boat ONCE, and that's the only time I've ever seen a hummer towing something other than giant rims.

Re: Should I buy it?

... Should not have asked our approval!

A good rule-of-thumb around here is that any car that runs and is road-worthy
is worth ~$1500 so you shoulda jumped on that! Settled on a price right there.
You'll do better next time Zimmmmmmerssss.

Re: Should I buy it?

Yeah, it was a pretty long drive to Kansas to pick it up. But for $350, it was well worth it!

Next weekend, I'm gonna do a complete tune up on it. Plugs, wires, fuel filter, etc.

And then it's off-road time...
