Mel Gibson:

Can you believe the publicity Mel's got over this DUI and anti-semetic tirade? I've seen an article about it on most every news site since it happened. I can't believe it's so news worthy.

Re: Mel Gibson:

He is Catholic isn't he?

Catholics are known (generalization) for not liking "the killers of God's Son".

BULLCRAP BULLCRAP. There is no hate between Catholic and Jews except for the control of money. Mel was stone *** drunk and the arresting officer was Jewish. He got angry tried to throw how he was around and he would ruin her. When that did not work he verbally assaulted her with Anti semitic slang. Hell Louis Farahkan says that crap all the time!!! But the thing is he is Mel Gibson and anti Christians are getting him back for the success of The Passion of the Christ. The Atheist and Jewish in Hollywood hate is *** for it. Also a couple of years ago his dad came out admitting he was anti semetic and did not believe the Holocaust.

But then again who gives a rats ***!!!

Hence, generalization. It's probably died down a good bit over the years. But they weren't too popular during the Inquisition.

More evidence that religion was man's worst idea.

Remember man screws everything up. That is the chaos theory. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. God is not religion Man is Religion. Religion is mans rules to govern his belief in GOD. I find almost all religions stray from the real GOD. That is why I go to a non-denominational church.

werd. i find organized religion is for those who want/need to believe in something, but dont know what, so they need rules and groundwork.

when it comes to a persons beliefs, there are no rules or do's and don'ts.

The one and only GOD. Here is an example of what is wrong with religion and it's manmade rules

Priest in the catholic church are not allowed to be married or have sex with women so you wonder why there are so many gay priest. The catholic church did it to itself. Not have sex or being married is unnatural

Re: Mel Gibson:

i agree with danger dude about the comment about religion.

there is a difference between organized religion and well.. beliefs/faith. whereas organized religion is manmade, the foundations of which are beliefs and faith but with many, many additions of rules and additional thoughts/beliefs applied to them completely altering what it truly means to be religious. i worded it poorly but its late and im not attempting to make more sense of it haha.

im not going to turn this thread into some religious debate though.. we all know how they end up haha.
