I hear they did this really cool thing with potatoes back in the day.

I sure could use some liquor, but I need something more along the lines of whiskey. I think Maker's Mark would do the trick right now. Damn being broke.

That's why you go to your friend's house and drink all their liquor.

The bad thing is I still have damn near a case of beer that I was intending to drink this weekend. Tomorrow's gonna be a loooooong day.

Well unfortunately, the one friend that might possibley have liquor is in Tennessee. So much for that idea.

Well if you want to get technical about it, French Fries are not named after the French, they are named for the way the potato is cut which is a julienne-cut. Love having chef instructors that hate the French

Plus the Belgians have the claim to fame for creating the French Fries
