Guitar Hero II

Yup, pretty sick.

i think the best part is not the new songs, its the multiplayer mode. its cool because now my mom or whoever can play on the same playing field as me. they can select easy and i can select hard. they get less notes that are worth more, i get more notes that are worth less. Now i can actually play with my mom and have to worry about getting my *** kicked if i screw up on a solo, and not have to play her on medium and be bored out of my gourd and totally decimate her, or her come to my level and not be able to even hit any notes. levels the playing field basically.

oh and Co-Op mode is sweet too. one person is Guitar, one is Bass. its funny too, when the bassist screws up, the whole tone of the song goes completely flat. or if the guitarist flops, all you hear is the bass. they did a really good job with that.

Track listing is pretty sweet, though there was a whole section of songs i have no idea who they were, and im starting off on hard, so im trying to play this song where i dont know wtf it even sounds like nor do i know the rythm or such. but now im up there in songs and getting to the better stuff.

overall, definately worth the money. its one of those games that if youre into music and you walk around all day playing the air guitar like youre EVH, you gotta pick it up. plus its one of those games that didnt rely on graphics alone to make an awesome game, you could seriously play this game repeatedly and it doesnt lose its luster after a week like most games.

Re: Guitar Hero II

They should make a show about you two.

He's a got a Jeep and he loves to drink

He's got a Cobra and he loves Guitar Hero II

But now through some event they both live with each other with a pet rabbit named Adolf.

I think it would last 2 seasons until you both kill each other on the final episode.

you can bash the game because you looked like an idiot playing it?

I think that's more of your fault than the game's

it will be coming out later 07 for 360 and PS3. PS3 release will get the wireless controllers, while the 360 will not, Bill Gates/Microsuck forbid Red Octane for making 360 Compatible wireless guitar controllers. Though they can still be modified to do so, if you are willing to buy a extra set of wireless controllers and have a soldering gun.

and who cares if you look/feel like an idiot playing it. Though ive found that most who play it and like it are usually musically talented (IE they play or have played some sort of instrument). I dont know if nate is into playing instruments or such, that could very well be why he doesnt like it, which is perfectly normal. I dunno about being a kids game, i dont know any kids who could get that sort of timing and coorination down (i know a few who would whoop some *** on alot of other games though) unless they play an instument at a early age.

Uh... no.

I don't know about Disturbed or 3DD (3 Dungeons & Dragons??? :dunno, but Tool was very much plugged in when I saw them a couple months back.

If you see a live band playing "wireless" then you went to see the wrong ****ing band.

3 Doors Down you dolt. heres a small list of bands i have seen that utilized wireless guitars.

Blink 182
3 Doors down
Nickelback
Green Day
Disturbed
Papa Roach
Jimmy Eat World.

Youre probably right about Tool, i think their rigs are probably too complicated for wireless.

Re: Guitar Hero II

Wow my bro just picked up this game yesterday.. I got home from my girl's place at like 12ish and I played till 4 in the morning. I'm at the very end, and on my first tries on all the songs I've either gotten 5 stars or a perfect 5 stars.

Probably one of the best sequels to a game I've ever played.

Thunderhorse and Trogdor made the game ****in awsome lol

Lotta good songs in there, love the game. Absolutely love it.
