My Mom totalled her 98 Expedition a few years back and my sisters wheelchair was in it. Insurance would only cover $200 for the wheelchair, which any equivalent costs at least $300 more than that. It costs a lot to keep full coverage on your vehicles & such, when something happens you have the right to expect that they cover the damages fully, not cutting corners to save them money where they can. As long as you speak up, you'll usually get what you deserve....but if you sit back an say nothing they will not always make calls in your best interest.
