Re: Snow!

snow looks cool when it first falls.. makes things really scenic. then it sits on the ground for a day or two and then i hate it for the remainder of the season.

for example, 2 days ago i was happy it snowed. now, im ready for spring lol.

Re: Snow!

it was gone faster then that nate.

not freaking out, enjoying what bit of it I can. I haven't seen any good snow in a few years. Probably last time I saw some was about 5ish years ago got about 4-6" in NW Oklahoma while I was there for Christmas.

But with living here in Alabama for 6 and San Antonio for 6. Not much in the terms of snow. Before that I lived in Jersey. Before Jersey was Germany. And before that Colorado. I have been in real snow many times. Miss it. And why waste a day at work when what little we do get is gone before I get off work.

I do remember Jersey in 93. That big Nor'Easter that rolled through there. Had snow drifts to the second story window in Quarters...I loved it...but then it started melting, froze, snowed, melted, froze, snowed, melted, and froze. So it was layers of ice and snow pretty thick. The fun. Especially after they plowed the hospital parking lot and had the snow banks 6ft tall...that was a fort.
