And that junk (the warning tape) in the upper left corner of the picture.

The birdhouses are hardly noticeable above the roof, but if those were gone.

All the colors look great though

The picture is 300 DPI at least, and they are 9.5" wide for full bleed.

Yes it's a big picture but it's meant to look good.
It's your picture and It should look as good as it can be.

the digital res may be 72 ppi, but the printer resolution better be higher than that

1725 x 1350

Show me the mathmatical reasoning for that number, because for some reason, I'm just not getting it.

800x600 PPI = 11.1x8.33 Printable inches (No matter what your DPI is)

Relik, the only mathmatical reasoning I can give is that you will be one upset puppy when you see your picture with anything less than the size asked for.

I am not a computer/printer guru but in order for them to look like a quality picture they must be that size. Now that is striaght from the horses mouth not mine.

Personally I don't care what you send in. But if you send anything in less than the asked for size, they will reduce the size and you will have white around the image and that will look stupid.

Very well, I wasn't trying to be a smartass or anything, I just didnt understand the reasoning for the odd resolution. But reproducing that exact picture that brent likes will be next to impossible given the time of year. But... I will try to get another identical picture at the highest resolution possible. I beleive that my highest resolution possible is 1600x1200 on my camera, but I'll recheck.
