It's not really a plea for help but if you have any advice I'd appreciate it. I just think its a pretty weird situation. My old rig is a couple years old. I built it senior summer before college. However, recently if you bump the computer desk or anything, the power turns off as if it short circuits or something. I'm pretty sure nothing has been added or messed with since its pretty stationary on my desk. I turn it back on by turning the power on and off on the back a few times and then smacking the side likes its a ****ing nintendo. Works like a charm after that.. at least until i shut the drawer or accidently set something down on my desk too hard.
hmm.. thats probably it considering i used the one that came with the case. im not sure but i think it was 350w and my pc is an overclocked 2500+, 5900xt, gig of ram, audigy soundcard, dvd burner, cd burner, big heatsink and a bunch of fans. so definitely PSU might be the problem.
