LOL thanks Brian. Thanks alot guys, this is kind hard and i know if any people could relate to this it would be you guys. Thanks again.

Supr, we go to the insurence company today to file the papers, then we go get estmates this evening. We are going up to Wadsworth Ford so i am hoping they will do it all right. I don't want them to fill my rims and repaint them or just pop or the dents and try and smooth out any flaws.... i want everything done right and i want it loking brand new if not better then new!!!
I'm also hoping they have a Mach1 we can test drive for the fun of it But thats besides the point. I just need to get my baby looking like a baby again and not an old hag.

Find out who it is.

Find out how much damage.

PROVE he did it

Turn him into the cops.

The damage should be criminal vandalism. Let him spend thanksgiving in jail. Let that stretch through christmas.

He messed up your car. Big freaking deal.

Mess up his life. If he gets locked up that will stick with him FOREVER. He will have trouble getting good jobs.

Beating him up is temporary. The experience of incarceration is life-long.

Wow I was busy most of the weekend so I did not have the time to get online But I am sorry to hear about your car Junior. I can vouch for the not being able to here the vandals. I have had a Honda accord and a 1978 Z-28 vandalized and I never heard a thing. One incident was revenge for calling the police on burgler who saw me wittness the burglery and the other was a attempt to steal my stereo system out of my camaro but I had installed 2 ea straps from the HU to the firewall and placed 7 treble fishing hooks on the strap. The thief's ripped his fingers open on the fish hooks so they vandalized my car.

Damn Junior do you have a clue yet as to why it was done !!!!!!

Man looked at those pics againa nd it honestly made me sick to my stomach

My advice when it comes to insuarnce is show reciepts for anything you put in the car. I dunno how your insuarnce works but I know when I got my 6 broken into and they took my system I had to go to this est. place that the insuarnce has and I brought all my reciepts with me and showed the guy and he gave me value for everything that was on the reciepts minus my subs due to some stupid clause but he leveled with me he put more money under "paint" to make up for not writing down subs. He cut me a check and gave me a place where I had to take the car. I talked to the shop about the paint and non such and they ended up just telling me dont worry we will just bill the ins. company since they are partners.
Just level with these people most shop owners or the ones doing the est can level its all about approach I guess you can say.

well my dad talked to the Insurence company today and they said i had to take it to a ford dealership in wooster. So we dropped it off a little bit ago and i'll hear back from them soon i hope. I have a BAD headach right now.

When you guys suggested the "get the high est. and go somewhere else" idea, i passed it along to my dad and he said he use to do that untill the companies got smart and made the check out to two people. So now i have to do everything through pallota ford. When they call we are suppose to go down there and go over the car with them. I really hope i don't get f'd over and they put body filler in parts and stuff like that. I don't want a car that was stiched back together. I want it done right. It felt so weird riding in it...kinda in a ghosty way i guess....i dunno how to put it. The radio off and hearing all the noises from the road and rattles from the glass...ahhh i hated it. I dunno if she'll ever be the same.

dude, you pick who will fix it. don't have to let them say. and in pa., at least, they have to make it like it was. tell them the wheels weren't filled in before it happened and you don't want them filled in now. usually you can work with the dealer on this kind of stuff. DON"T let the insurance screw you too. some dude hit me last year and they wanted to put putty in my door. i said nooooo way, and after a heated argument, i got a new door skin. remember the car can and should be fixed. don't do something that will get you arrested.

thanks fellas...

WEll i guess our insurence company has a two person policy. We take it to the dealership and then when we get the check for the est. both us and the dealership have to sign it to cash the check. But i am definatly going to make sure there is no putty in her.

I've told like 3 of my friends and they are all listening for someone to slip up. So hopefully we'll get the person. As much as i would like to beat the life out of them, i know we'll only prosecute them to the fullest.

Find a buddy at a shop and get a deal on some parts. Spread that money around the car as much as you can.

What bull**** Why people have to just screw up other people's stuff just for the hell of it is beyond comprehension. I am sorry Junior - that is really a shame. Find some 17 year olds once you know who the "perps" are and screw their entire world up.

thats what i would ike to do Stangin, but they already started fxing it. I really had no say in what they are doing. They are replacing the seats with seat covers, pull over leather, and the dash is going to be used, they slid some bondo in alot of places but i get brand new rims ...i dunno, not very happy right now

I agree with Fisher and Low. Do not let them have there way. It wasnt your fault that **** happen. You gotta give the insuarnce know the deal honestly. You do have a right to speak up. and I recommend you do so.

What shop? Where did you take it too? I assume a claims adjuster came and looked at your car in person?

When I had my accident, the claims adjuster came to my school parking lot. Exmained the car and cut me a check before I even woke up. I walked out there, shook his hand, and walked back with $3200 check.

I told him where I was taking it too, and asked what happens if I change where Im taking it? They said to just mail the check back and that they would cut me a new one with the new shops name on it.

I stuck with the original shop(friend of a friend so I got a deal ) and paid him in advance. Car came out perfect.

Goodluck tho..lmk answers to my questions.
