Something a little twisted about this building

BTW, no this is not digitally edited. This is the Liverpool Art Building in Liverpool, England.

Yeah, its about as worthless as selling a cobra, keeping a body kitted stock gt, then buying a clipse...

I would have to agree though, putting a rotating wall in a building about to be torn down is pretty useless.
