dammit, anyone ever have..........

their fan on their power supply lose its bearings?

most annoying thing evar. its variable speed to, so ive been playing with it, after a while it quiets down (the bearings) but then the fan is very loud, so then i gradually bring it down and then the bearings start acting up again.

think im just gonna disable the fan. its only the variable rate 120mm fan, the other fan is fine.

Re: dammit, anyone ever have..........

Well, I have three 120mm case fans, and 120mm on the bottom of the PSU and a 80mm exhaust fan for the PSU.

I have heard a PSU fan go out, it sounds like marbles getting tossed around in a box.

Nate's machine is loud. Will's machine sounds like a Harrier taking flight.
