**dont get me wrong, i love the guy and will be voting for him again in 2004, but hes not the smartest we've ever had**

.........

sigh.......

Bush didnt ruin this economy...

19 people on 4 planes ruined this economy.....

Need I go back to the numerous terrorist attacks during the clinton years?

Or the downfall in the economy in 1999?

Or the stock market crash after 9/11

sigh

If gore was president Saddam and Uday and Quasay would still be killing people.

The tally ban would be in power.

and gore would be negotiaitng with Osama

Sounds like a plan to me :thumb2:

^and 9/11 links to iraq how exactly? the intelligence on this has looked sketchy and forced all along

and waging a war isn't free. the current figures are in the trillions. bush is spending a lot on this little vendetta

Iraq has been lying to us since he took power.

The simple fact is that he was not cooperating.

Its like telling a two year old not to eat the cookie in the cookie jar. You can tell them not to till your blue in the face but that kid is still going to take that cookie and eat it.

He had weapons that were illegal. Whether or not they could kill ten thousand or ten doesnt matter.

They are illegal.

Scuds are illegal

Yet guess what he was launching at kuwait during the war...... SCUDS

but he doesnt have any..... atleast thats what he said.

and we cant search Iraq with some nut shooting rockets at out troops everyday.

No body said this war would be short.

Its a long term process

Instead of going in there knocking sadaam out and leaving wer are making sure some nutcase doesnt get back in power and try to be the next Hitler.

wow....

you still didn't say how that connects to 9/11...

saddam was a prick, true, but there were better, more efficient ways of dealing with him...

so we took out one tyrant... a distant one... what about the one in the white house?

"terror alert is on high, give me what i want so i can provide the illusion of safety"

blah

Timely or not, this is still food for thought.

Politicians and people are hot to trash Bush.

Too bad the Congressional Committee investigating what went wrong before
9/11/01
isn't dealing with the following:

After the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, which killed six and injured 1,000;
President Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down

and punished.

After the 1995 bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed five U.S. military
personnel; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and
punished.

After the 1996 Khobar Towers bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed 19 and
injured 200 U.S. military personnel; Clinton promised that those responsible

would be hunted down and punished.

After the 1998 bombing of U.S. embassies in Africa, which killed 224 and
injured
5,000; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and

punished.

After the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole, which killed 17 and injured 9 U.S.
Sailors; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and
punished.

Maybe if Clinton had kept his promise, an estimated 2,800 people in New York
and
Washington, D.C. that are now dead would be alive today.

AN INTERESTING QUESTION:

This question was raised on a Philly radio call-in show. Without casting
stones,
it is a legitimate question. There are two men, both extremely wealthy.

One develops relatively cheap software and gives billions of dollars to
charity.
The other sponsors terrorism. That being the case, why was it that the

Clinton Administration spent more money chasing down Bill Gates over eight
years
than Osama bin Laden?

THINK ABOUT IT! It is a strange turn of events. Hillary gets $8 Million for her

forth coming memoir. Bill gets about $12 Million for his memoir yet to be

written. This from two people who have spent the past 8 years being unable to
recall anything about past events while under oath! And, this woman wants to be

president of the United States.

P. S. Please forward this to as many people as you can! We don't want this
woman
to even THINK of running for President.

Remember:

The Alamo

Pearl Harbor

The Clinton Years

All Truly American Disasters
