Re: Jail...

I used to be an avid street racer, yes I know it's bad, and I don't do it anymore at all.....But, there were several times I should have been caught for the dumbass **** I did. I've always had pretty fast cars, and living in Kansas City, it was big enough that cops couldn't find you.
With that said, I have VERY FEW violations on my record. 55 in a 40 when some jackass was going 20 and I boosted past him in my AWD Talon. Numerous seat belt violations. and a no insurance ticket when I was about 19. Other than that, nothing much.
I went to jail for assault a couple of times, spent 30 days in lockup over the second one when the judge said I went past self defense when I beat this dude up with a bat. He was a big guy though, and I don't play fair. Broke his arm and collarbone. Oh well, I'm alot more mellow now.

I have never gotten that, that was in response to MC770. I have had 3 tickets in my life. One when I was 16 and two in the last year.

I've been pulled twice once for seatbelt and the other for the ticket...dad gets pulled all the time just because they know his truck and want to talk to him..

I wish it was only twice for me. One time the cop grabbed me and threw me up against my car searched me and handcuffed me but thats the farthest ive been. Then he let me go with a warning lol.

ohhh dang....I got the similar treatment and he searched in my car without asking which I will nail him with in court....too bad he didn't let me go with a warning...a lot of times officers will do the tough act in the beginning because 1)adrenaline is pumping and they're ready to get you or 2) they want to scare you out of doing something you might think about doing again

Heh, there's reasons why I keep a aluminum T-ball bat and a 12" blade Ranger knife in both my vehicles. I would carry a little more if I were still in Alabama, but NJ doesn't like firearms....neither do military bases.

I know, it was either my bat or my gun. The gun don't come out unless there is more than 1 guy.

Vermont lets you carry concealed without a permit. It's also the safest state in the union. Imagine that.....

Nothing major. 79 in a 65, 78 in a 65, 59 in a 45. Nothing ever went on my record.

My license is my job...it pays to keep it clean.

I'm mad at myself for being stupid about driving when I was younger. I've been good lately. There are a ton of cops around here! I did get pulled over a bunch for the tinted tails.
