How do you re-train someone so that they actually get it? I do this routinely so does my co-manager and it's freaking annoying that we have the same stupid issues day, after day, and it's the same mess up every freaking time.

Anyway, today I got some work done just completed an application to major technology company that sells really cool stuff, that's all I will say about that since I don't want to jinx it. I've heard you're almost better off winning the lottery than getting an interview and if you get the interview your more likely to get into MIT than this company. I still have hopes, I don't give up easily.

Got fired today.. Boss didn't like seeing while smoke coming from the tires of a 26k lb truck. As much as I love climbing trees for a living I think I burned that bridge to the ground....

Re: What did you do today?

Today I drove to a bodyshop and got some TERRIBLE news... Everyone I have talked to and everything I have tried has lead me to believe my project will come to an end. No one knows of a way to clear the permanent marker and I have officially hit a wall. I hate being defeated and I am not going to give in. Worst case scenario is I get it all done, do a professional photo shoot. Then just peel everything off and Start from scratch with actual Paint... idk

ideas to help lighten the mood anyone?

I have the backing of the front office and corporate. They chose me because of the time/money they've invested in me by having the machine manufacture train me for two weeks on three different occasions. The deal is all of these ppl have to learn the way 'we(collective)' want it done and will be evaluated by me on a pre determined criteria, that myself and another guy came up with. They face promotion or demotion and this all has been laid before them by management. They all seem ok with it. It'll basically be showing them what's going to be expected from here on out and that they'll be held accountable. No more excuses..

Long night tonight, got stuck setting up a new job cause ppl called out.. *aggravated*
But... Still a great day/night from a personal prospective.. *winning*

that's why we love you prime... hey it looks the same!

Otherwise sitting at a light when a guy rolls up next to me points at my badges and says "why isn't it a 5.0? What's with the 4.0..?" And I said "Not this bodystyle bud! Generally Came back with the remodel..!" And he just sat there looking soooo confused. Poor guy, couldn't get mad at him though, was laughing too hard.. ha!
