Replaced my clutch, brake, and dead pedal with aluminum Bullit pedals. Tomorrow I'll finish the job with the gas pedal. I ran out of daylight, time, and patience. Plus it got cold. It's too tight under the dash for a 52 year old with 3 back surgeries and a failed neck surgery. The seat doesn't go back far enough for me to access the gas pedal bolts. I wish I could remove the pin with the pedal installed. This will be the last bolt on for now. Next trick, remove my ECU, remove my Superchip, then upload my BAMA tune. Looking forward to that.

You could always take the seat out, should just be 4 bolts and boom no seat

Sitting at a Wendy's for lunch. Just saw two different people walk around my Mustang and take pics of it. That always makes a day better! Lol. Good thing I hand washed it for the first time this year last night.

Jetwolf if your picture is actually you, you are stunning looking. Take them from a former pro photographer. I love the creativeness of that image, not just a headshot, really brings out your eyes. I'm not hitting on you, happily married here, just making an observation as a photographer. I'm sure you attract much attention at car shows with your Stang.

Had our first local Mustang Car Club get together of the year at the local DQ. Great food and fellowship. We all talked about what we did to our cars over the winter. I'm lucky to belong to a very active club. We go to many shows together, including Carlisle and we host 2 of our own. The club is the Berks County Mustang Car Club. We sat with a senior member who has had an early Fox/Capri Turbo since new. He reupholstered his interior. And an old timer who has owned a 68 Shelby GT-500 since 1970. He has road rallied it in Mexico and hopes to take it to New Foundland. His Shelby is in the shop. They added an original 68 Paxton blower to his 428. Then they decided to rebuild the bottom end of the engine, and fix some rust. I wish I had the patience and forethought to have held onto my some of my original cars from the 70's-80's. 70 Mach-1 351-C, Hurst 4 Speed, all the bells and whistles, 78 Saab Turbo EMS, 67 & 68 Mustang coups my very first cars. I was always itching for something different back then. I admire people who have their original Muscle Car from high school, that's cool.

Got some help from the son of a fellow Mustang Club member and he removed my gas pedal so I could put my last aluminum bullitt pedal on my Cobra. Next step this weekend is to load up the BAMA tune. But I need to remove my ECU and take my circa 2000 Superchip off first. After that once it gets a bit warmer I need to fix a few chips with my DR Colorchip kit.

So, it wasn't today, but was riding around last night trying to get my son to go to sleep soemwhere around 1-2AM (stubborn a** kid) and ended up behind a couple of goregous Cobras, (unfortunately didn't get any pics) one was white and black and the other was silver, all 3 of us were just riding down the road when a cop pulled the silver one over, both me and the wife were sitting there like "wtf did he do?" no-one was speeding, or anything like that. Really wish i had gotten some pictures of them though...still wish i knew why the heck he got pulled over out of the blue like that though....
